At YIHAICNC (Jinan Yihai CNC Router Machinery Co., Ltd.), we pride ourselves on manufacturing high-precision industrial CNC routers and laser equipment. Because our machinery is heavy, high-value, and often customized to your specific production requirements, our sales, shipping, and warranty processes differ from standard retail e-commerce. Please review our policy below.
1. Order and Payment Policy
We do not process direct credit card payments or full checkouts on our website due to the custom nature of industrial equipment.
- Payment Methods: All official orders are processed via secure Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or Letter of Credit (L/C) to our official company bank account.
- Deposit & Production: A standard initial deposit (typically 30%) is required to begin the manufacturing process. Once production has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable to cover raw materials and labor costs.
- Balance: The remaining balance must be cleared after the machine passes our strict factory quality inspection and before shipment.
Corporate Entity & Financial Processing: The YIHAICNC website and brand are operated by Jinan Yihai CNC Router Machinery Co., Ltd. However, for the purposes of international trade, export compliance, and financial processing, all international billing, invoicing, and bank transfers are officially processed and collected through our affiliated corporate group entity, Jinan Yihai Laser Technology Co., Ltd. By engaging in a transaction with us, you acknowledge and agree to this designated financial arrangement.
2. Shipping and Delivery Policy
We export our machines globally via robust sea freight.
- Trade Terms: We typically operate under FOB (Free On Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms, depending on the agreement in your Proforma Invoice.
- Customs & Import Duties: The buyer is fully responsible for all local customs clearance, import duties, and taxes in the destination country.
- Transit Times: Ocean freight schedules are subject to shipping line availability and weather conditions. We will provide an estimated time of departure (ETD) and arrival (ETA), but cannot be held liable for port delays outside our control.
3. Return and Refund Policy
Due to the extremely high costs of international heavy machinery logistics and customs processing, we do NOT accept whole-machine returns or offer full refunds once the machine has been shipped from our factory.
- All sales are considered final upon dispatch.
- If a machine arrives with issues, it will be handled strictly through our Comprehensive Warranty and After-Sales Support protocols (see Section 4). We are committed to solving any technical issue by providing replacement parts and expert engineering guidance, rather than accepting machine returns.
4. Comprehensive Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our YIHAICNC machines with a solid industrial warranty.
- Core Components Warranty: We provide a 1-Year to 2-Year Warranty (depending on the specific machine model) on core components, including the Spindle, Servo Motors, Inverters, and Control Systems.
- Free Replacement Parts: During the warranty period, if a core component fails due to manufacturing defects, we will provide a replacement part for free. (Note: The buyer is responsible for the international express shipping cost of the new part).
- Exceptions (What is NOT covered): The warranty does not cover consumable parts (such as CNC router bits, laser tubes, lenses, mirrors, vacuum pump filters, and limit switches). It also strictly excludes damage caused by human error, improper voltage, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
5. Lifetime Technical Support
Our relationship does not end when the warranty expires. We offer lifetime online technical support for every machine we sell.
- Our English-speaking engineering team provides 24/7 troubleshooting via WhatsApp, email, or video calls.
- After the warranty period, replacement parts will be provided at our factory-direct cost price.
