Description
I. Key Features & Highlights
Dual-Function Flatbed & Cylindrical Carving with Space-Saving Drawer Rotary
The YH1325 4-Axis Integrated CNC Router solves the classic dilemma between flat sheet routing and rotary 3D carving. Featuring an ingenious slide-out rotary mechanism concealed beneath the table bed, it allows instant transformation from a standard 4×8 flatbed router into a 4-axis cylindrical carving machine.
- Concealed Pull-Out Rotary Module: The 800mm rotary axis is stowed in a drawer-style mechanism under the front of the bed. Pull it out when turning balusters or round signs; push it back to regain 100% of your flatbed workspace.
- Zero Table Interference: Unlike traditional side-mounted or top-mounted rotary attachments that steal travel width, this hidden architecture preserves your full 1300×2500mm sheet processing area.
- Independent Console Cabinet: Equipped with an external operator console housing the computer monitor, keyboard, and WXHc Ethernet motion controller, keeping delicate electronics free from workshop dust.
- True 4-Axis Versatility: Easily switches between 2D sign contouring, 3D relief surface carving, and 360-degree continuous cylindrical engraving.

IV. Applications & Processed Materials
Versatile Fabrication Combining 2D Flat Signboards & 3D Cylindrical Artwork
Designed for workshops that demand maximum versatility from a single machine without sacrificing floor space:
- Cylindrical Architectural & Decorative Elements: 360-degree relief turning and carving of wooden stair balusters, table legs, cylindrical retail display pedestals, round column wraps, and turned wooden gifts.
- Dimensional Advertising & Storefront Logos: Full 4×8 flatbed routing for 3D acrylic letters, illuminated channel letterings, storefront backer boards, and branded wall plaques.
- Exhibition Displays & Custom Furniture: Machining structural flat panels for retail display towers alongside decorative cylindrical corner posts and custom turned accents.
V. Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: How does the concealed rotary axis work, and will it reduce my flat table area?
A: Not at all. The rotary axis is housed under the bed on heavy-duty slide rails. When retracted, the full 1300×2500mm flatbed remains entirely clear for standard 4×8 sheet processing. Simply unlock and pull out the drawer module when cylindrical machining is required.
Q2: What is the maximum diameter and length for rotary carving?
A: The standard rotary mechanism accommodates workpieces up to 800 mm in length and up to 150–200 mm in diameter, perfect for decorative balusters, furniture legs, and cylindrical signage.
Q3: Is it complicated to switch software toolpaths between flat cutting and rotary carving?
A: No. Common CAM software packages (such as ArtCAM, Aspire, or Vectric) output standard 4-axis rotary G-code. The WXHc controller supports seamless file loading and quick zero-point calibration for both modes.
Q4: What is the delivery lead time for this machine?
A: Delivery timelines are subject to individual configuration details (custom rotary chuck sizes, spindle options, line voltage), workshop scheduling, stringent pre-dispatch testing, and international shipping logistics. A definite schedule will be confirmed with your quotation.

Quick question regarding the concealed pull-out rotary axis: what is the maximum diameter and length of cylindrical stock it can hold? I need to carve 3D custom wooden baseball bats and stair balusters. Does the Z-axis have enough clearance?
Alex_Zhang –
Hi Jason, great project! The pull-out rotary chuck on this YH1325 handles diameters up to 200mm (approx. 8 inches) and lengths up to 2000mm. We have specifically heightened the Z-axis gantry clearance to 300mm on this model so your carving bits will have plenty of headroom above the round stock. Please drop us a WhatsApp message, and I’ll send over a test video carving a similar cylinder!

This hidden, pull-out rotary axis design is absolutely brilliant! I was previously concerned that a traditional rotary attachment would take up valuable flat-stock processing space, but this drawer-style structure completely changes the game. During the day, I can cut flat sheets, and at night, I simply pull out the rotary module to engrave cylinders; when I’m done, I just push it back in—it takes up absolutely no extra space. The 800mm rotary processing length is perfect for my needs when making table legs and columns. Plus, the option to choose between air-cooled and water-cooled spindles is ideal for someone like me who enjoys customizing their setup. The T-slot bed also holds workpieces securely. Overall, this machine is a great choice for anyone needing to process both flat materials and cylinders in a compact workshop.

Ciao Alessandro! Thank you for the fantastic review. We’re really proud of the concealed pull-out rotary design—it was engineered specifically for workshops like yours where space is at a premium. The fact that you can switch between flatbed and rotary modes without sacrificing workspace is exactly what we intended. We’re glad the 800mm working length is meeting your needs for table legs and columns. Keep up the great work and share some photos of your projects with us!
