We’ve been running the 1313 dual-rotary in our Hanoi packaging workshop for about seven weeks now. The idea of two rotary tables cutting identical pieces at once sounded almost too good to be true, but it actually works exactly as described. We produce PU foam inserts for electronic components—the kind that go inside protective cases. Before this machine, we were cutting them one at a time on a single-spindle router and losing hours every day. Now we load two foam cylinders, hit start, and by the time one piece is done, the second table is ready. The 5kW water-cooled spindle gives a clean finish on PU foam without any tearing. The 1300x1300mm area is smaller than our old 1325 machine, but for batch rotary work it’s actually more efficient. One thing I noticed: the Z-axis height is 600mm, which is enough for our foam diameters, but if you’re planning to do tall cylindrical molds, double-check the height you need. We’re happy with it.

Hi Huy, thanks for the detailed feedback—especially the note about Z-axis height. You’re right that 600mm suits most packaging inserts and small decorative turnings, but for very tall cylindrical molds a custom height would be needed. We’ll make that clearer on the product page. Glad the dual-table setup is saving you hours every day. If you ever want to run a tall job, just message us and we can discuss a custom configuration.

Second machine from YIHAICNC. First was a 6090 wood router I bought back in 2019—still running. This 1313 foam machine is for a different product line: decorative foam moldings for exhibition booths. Dual rotary tables are the reason I chose it. Cutting two identical moldings at once is exactly what our booth projects need. Machine arrived well-packed, setup took a bit over a day with Alex’s help on video call. Solid build. No complaints so far.

Denis, great to hear from a long-time customer. 2019 feels like a long time ago—glad that 6090 is still earning its keep. The dual rotary setup is indeed a smart fit for booth moldings where you need pairs. If the foam dust starts accumulating around the rotary chucks, give the bearings a quick clean every couple of weeks and they’ll stay smooth. Thanks for the trust.

Looking at the 1313 for our architectural model shop. We do a lot of repetitive ornamental pieces—cornices, brackets, small columns. The dual rotary idea is appealing, but I need to confirm something: can the two rotary axes be controlled independently, or do they always run synchronized? For our work, we sometimes need two different profiles on the same batch. Also, the spec says 600mm Z-axis—is that the total travel or the clearance under the gantry? I don’t want to assume and then find out the usable height is less.

Arturo, good questions. The dual rotary axes on the 1313 are synchronized—both tables run the same program simultaneously. For independent profiles on two pieces, you’d need a machine with independent rotary control, which we can quote as a custom build. On the Z-axis: 600mm is the total travel. Usable clearance depends on your chuck and tailstock configuration, but in practice most customers get around 450–500mm of clear working height above the rotary centerline. If your models need more, tell us the exact dimensions and we’ll confirm before you order. Better to check now than after.
